enRICHed Culture ("we," "us," "our") operates the Next Great 50 (NG50) Youth Edition program and the website at enrichedculture.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information submitted through our application form, SMS messages, and program communications.

By submitting an application, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through our forms.

01Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Student information: first name, last name, preferred name, date of birth, grade level, school name, home address, student email, student phone number.
Parent/guardian information: name, relationship to student, phone number, email address, emergency contact details.
Application content: program interest, business idea, future goals, activities, post-high-school plans, referral source, schedule conflicts, accommodations.
Consent records: SMS consent status (yes/no), email consent status (yes/no), digital signatures, the timestamp and form URL where consent was given, and the user agent (browser/device) used at the time of consent. We store these to maintain a verifiable audit trail.

Information collected automatically

Browser type, device type, and operating system (user agent string).
The URL of the page where the form was submitted.
Standard log data such as date and time of submission.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:

To review and evaluate program applications.
To schedule and conduct phone screens, info sessions, program sessions, and graduation events.
To communicate with parents/guardians about application status, acceptance decisions, attendance, schedule changes, and program updates via phone, email, and (with consent) SMS text message.
To maintain attendance, participation, and graduation records for program reporting.
To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect the safety of program participants.
To improve our programs through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

03SMS / Text Message Program

Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS opt-in data and consent records — including the phone numbers you provide and the consent you grant — stay between you and enRICHed Culture.

If you opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS Consent box on our application form, we will send recurring informational and marketing text messages from enRICHed Culture regarding the NG50 Youth Edition program. These messages may include application status updates, phone-screen scheduling, acceptance notifications, session reminders, info-session and graduation alerts, and related program updates.

Message frequency varies — typically 2–6 messages per month, with higher frequency during active program weeks.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages we send and that you send in reply.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately unsubscribe from all program text messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at shamita@enrichedculture.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of admission to or participation in the NG50 program. You can complete and submit the application without checking the SMS consent box, though doing so may reduce how quickly we can reach you with time-sensitive program updates.

04How We Share Information

We share information only as described below. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Service providers that support our operations

We share the minimum information necessary with vendors that help us run the program, including:

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship management (CRM) system that stores applicant data and consent records.
Twilio — the SMS gateway that delivers our text messages.
n8n Cloud — our automation platform that processes form submissions.
Email delivery services — for sending program emails.

These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to perform the services we have requested.

Program partners (limited)

Parent/guardian name and emergency contact may be shared with our program partners (Peace 4 Poverty, sponsoring organizations including Founders FCU, SCALE, Junior Achievement, TD Bank, and Microsoft) only as needed to coordinate participation, transportation, and safety during program sessions.

Legal compliance

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of enRICHed Culture, our participants, or others.

05Data Retention

We retain application data, consent records, and program participation records for as long as necessary to operate the program, comply with legal obligations, and document consent for regulatory purposes. You may request deletion of your records at any time by emailing shamita@enrichedculture.com, subject to any legal retention requirements.

06Children's Privacy

The NG50 Youth Edition program is designed for participants ages 13–19. We require parent/guardian consent and signature for any applicant under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

07Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you or your child.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
Opt out of program emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
