These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the enRICHed Culture NG50 Youth Edition text-message program (the "SMS Program"). By opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

These SMS Terms supplement, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.

01Program Description

The enRICHed Culture SMS Program sends recurring informational and marketing text messages to parents and guardians of applicants and participants in the NG50 Youth Edition program. Message content includes:

Application confirmation and status updates
Phone-screen scheduling and day-of reminders
Conditional acceptance notifications and consent-form follow-ups
Info-session reminders (mandatory pre-program briefing)
Weekly program-session reminders during the 8-week cohort
Graduation event reminders and alumni follow-ups
Occasional program announcements between cohorts

02How to Opt In

You opt in to the SMS Program by checking the dedicated SMS Consent checkbox on our online application form at https://ng50-apply.netlify.app and providing a valid mobile phone number. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively selected by you. The exact consent language presented at the time of opt-in is:

"By checking this box and providing the phone number(s) above, I expressly agree to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from enRICHed Culture regarding the NG50 Youth Edition program — including application status, phone-screen scheduling, acceptance notifications, session reminders, info-session and graduation alerts, and related program updates. Messages will be sent to the parent/guardian phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of admission or participation. Message frequency varies (typically 2–6 messages per month, more during active program weeks). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help."

Consent is not a condition of program admission or participation. You can complete and submit the application without opting in to SMS.

03Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on program phase:

Application phase (before program starts): approximately 2–4 messages per month.
Active program phase (during the 8-week cohort, June–July 2026): approximately 4–8 messages per month — including session reminders, schedule changes, and program updates.
Graduation week (August 2026): 2–4 messages for graduation logistics and event reminders.
Between cohorts: 0–2 messages per month for occasional program announcements and future cohort enrollment.

04Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. The SMS Program is free to join, but your mobile carrier may charge you standard message and data rates for each text message you send or receive in connection with the program. Check with your carrier for details on your specific plan.

enRICHed Culture is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

05How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of the SMS Program at any time, free of charge, by replying with any of the following keywords to any message you receive from us:

STOP	Unsubscribe from all program SMS messages
STOPALL	Unsubscribe from all messages
UNSUBSCRIBE	Unsubscribe from all program SMS messages
CANCEL	Cancel SMS Program participation
END	End SMS Program participation
QUIT	Quit SMS Program participation

After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message:

"You've been unsubscribed from enRICHed Culture NG50 messages. You will not receive further texts. Reply START to resubscribe."

You will not receive additional SMS messages from us unless you opt in again by replying START or by re-submitting the application form with SMS consent.

06Help (HELP)

For help at any time, reply HELP to any message and you will receive:

"enRICHed Culture: NG50 Youth Edition program. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Email: shamita@enrichedculture.com"

07Supported Carriers

The SMS Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

enRICHed Culture and its service providers do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and we are not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery caused by carrier issues, device issues, or factors outside our reasonable control.

08Your Mobile Information

Your mobile information — including your phone number, consent records, and any SMS interaction data — will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The only third parties that receive your mobile information are the service providers we use to operate the SMS Program (such as our SMS gateway Twilio, our CRM platform GoHighLevel, and our automation platform n8n). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only to deliver the services we have engaged them to provide.

09Eligibility

To opt in to the SMS Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or have parent/guardian consent if a participant under 18.
Be the authorized account holder or user of the mobile phone number you provide.
Reside in the United States.

Because the NG50 program serves applicants ages 13–19, SMS opt-in is given by the parent or guardian on behalf of the household, and messages are sent to the parent/guardian's phone number.

10Changes to These SMS Terms

We may modify or cancel the SMS Program or its content at any time. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
